Yet again well-known yoga photographer and videographer Alessandro Sigismondi captures the beautiful grace of movement with his video: Yoga on the rooftop. It’s not just any rooftop—it’s a rooftop surrounded by what appear to be never-ending mountains. The video starts with the sun shining through the mountains then goes on to follow Lalit Kumar’s yoga practice.
Lalit Kumar is the Founding Director of Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre. He has over 15 years of experience teaching yoga worldwide. At 7-years-old Lalit began studying at traditional Indian yoga schools and now holds a master’s degree in Yoga Education.
